Thus she was able to break the ice and turn into a part of the leaders in Bollywood.

In the commencement of 2007 she featured in the multi starrer movie Salaam-e-Ishq directed by Nikhil Advani and featuring a huge starcast counting Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Akshaye Khanna, Ayesha Takia, John Abraham, Vidya Balan, Govinda, Shannon Esra, Sohail Khan and Isha Koppikar in lead roles but the movie flopped at the box office sadly. 2007 was also not a very good year for the actress.
In her personal life she is rumoured to have dated Akshay Kumar which both actors refuse. She was also in the news for a difference with Prakash Jaju who used to manage her business. The contract was ended legally and the actress came clean of the disagreement.
